REFUND POLICY

Members may cancel their subscription at any time during the initial thirty (30) day period following registration and receive a one hundred percent (100%) refund of their respective membership price. No refunds will be issued after the first thirty (30) days of Service. However, members may discontinue the service and prevent future monthly charges by calling customer service at 888-908-3630 or emailing [email protected]. Note that cancellation of service must take place prior to the next billing cycle.

This policy becomes effective June 1, 2022.
